Mae West often left her Ravenswood Apartment and let her sister Beverly lay in he bed with the lights lowered to have fun with a fellow who thought he was going too have a romp with Mae. In Steve's store which was printed in OUI magazine but only after Mae had died, in 1982, Rossi tells of "Mae's" limp, (which she did no have, but which Beverly. A young man who knew Mae well back in the day shared with me that she would howe sued if she had been alive to read the expose. Although she might have thought it was fun, the false teeth and limp reference would have enraged Mae. Lol!
