Ruri and Tre are not together anymore by the sounds of things because he`s been seen at events with other woman ( one of which was Cara provenzano an actress)So guessing they are not together anymore. Sad because him and Ruri looked happy currently Tre`s status would be known as dating because i don`t think hes in a serious relationship at the moment
