She`s not hispanic at all. The term Hispanic is available only in the United States and it stands for multirracial people who speak spanish, e.g. average mexican. Penelope was born in Spain, which is part from Europe, and her skin is what should be considered white. Same happen to some argentine models who were wrong labeled here in this site, like Julieta Prandi, a blonde green-eyed model from Italian ancestry. The United States census system is wrong .designed
There`s no such thing as White ethniticy. So, why do they put White in the category? if they want to categorize by race, better don`t include Hispanic or Latino as if that were a one of them.
In other words, Penelope Cruz is a White European Spanish woman. No such a thing like hispanic , a term created by the dumbest americans.
