I am 37 and live a uneventful life in Philadelphia, Pa.
I am the oldest of 5 children, which I really like to say "that I`m a only child" I graduated in 1990 from George Washington High School. I am the mother to one wonderfully bright 15 year old boy, who is going on 40. He lives with my 1st ex-husband or should I say my 1st mistake. I got remarried in 2007, and I`m always on the search for a new ex-husband. I have been a nurse since 1993 and wished that I had did something else with my life. I got the Web name nurse ratchet from the book One Flew Over the Coocoo`s Nest and the 88 was Eric Lindros`s old Philadelphia Flyers Jersey #. I have a handful of friends which are all men and if you knew me you would understand. I am one of those types of people you either love me or hate me , there`s no in between with me. I love to flirt and joke around, sometimes too much. I love the arts esp. music!. My favorite band is Duran Duran. Who I have seen in concert every time their in Philly. I even saw them in 1993 @ the Mann Music Center when I was 6 1/2 months pregnant. That`s called true devotion! It was great Simon LeBon jumped off the stage and I was standing 1 foot away from him. My hobbies include the following poetry, art, reading, sports and sex...ha ha Still if you knew me you would know that it`s true.... I have a confession I too was one of those little girls in the 80`s who loved Simon but later in years, I found myself attracted to Nick for better reasons than looks and realistically Nick is only 9 years older than me unlike Simon who is like a Father to me now. I know this is sad to say but Duran was my Salvation when I was a child. I had what you would call not a leave it to beaver family, an abusive Father and a Mother who just ignored any wrong doings that my Father inflicted on me. I was at least sheltered by Duran`s music and the guys were like my extended family. I feel sometimes that I owe Duran my life because with out them I probably wouldn`t be here now! I know it sounds corny but it`s the truth sad but true!
