Leopoldo Salcedo is my maternal uncle.He hails from Cavite City and is the older brother of my mother.He was once called the King of Philippine Movies during the 30s and 40s.He won the FAMAS award for best actor in 1961 for the film The Moises Padilla Story . He died in 1998.

Howard Hughes jr.was born on 24 December,1905.It states so in 2 books by Peter Brown and Pat Broeske (Howard Hughes:The Untold Story) and by Donald L.Barlett and James B.Steel (Howard Hughes: His life and madness).In the absence of a birth certificate which could not be found, his aunt Annette Gano Lumis and Estelle Sharp executed an affidavit stating this birthdate and place of birth (Houston ,Texas).Also, Howard`s tombstone states his birthday to be 24 Dec,1905.

Wallace Reid was a beautiful person with a kind heart.He came to Hollywood wanting to be a scriptwriter, not an actor.He was intelligent and shy. He was completely faithful to his wife Dorothy and they had 2 adopted children. He became addicted to morphine because the studio doctor prescribed it to ease the pain he suffered in an accident while filming.He died at age 31, too soon for someone as talented as he was.He popularized the sports car and the sports shirt and did well over a hundred films before he died.

Errol Flynn came a long way from Hobart Tasmania to Hollywood. He was handsome and brash and he had a way with the girls.Author Charles Higham says he was gay but, I don`t agree. He was a cad, of course ,that I can`t deny.But he did give us many wonderful adventure movies that have become classic through the years.He`s the handsomest actor I ve ever seen-even until now!

Howard Hughes met Shelly Winters at a New Year`s party in the 40s.They dated once but not romantically as Shelly was very much married to Paul Miller who was a military man.Howard admired the fact that Shelly was faithful to her husband.
