When NCIS episode hiatus first aired,and I thought Mark Harmon was leaving the show I thought the world came to an end! I watch NCIS primarily because of Mark although the show is really good as well!

Yes, Kitty, I have met Mark. In 1990 he was filming the TV movie Dillinger in my home town of Milwaukee. Not only is he handsome but a humble personable and very humorous guy. Also shy. He chose to eat with the crew instead of in his star status mobile home. Had fun watching him toss the football with the crew between the takes. He is the best.
