I was just viewing a rerun this afternoon, and it reminded me just how good a actor Vincent D`Onofrio is.

What are the producers thinking to replace such a great actor and character with Jeff Golblum. No one could replace Mr. D`onofrio or his character Goren. Yes he is VERY handsome but is also an excellent actor. Goren is such a complex character. Why fix something that isnt broken?? In my experience, everytime a successful series replaces a character/actor with another, the show becomes in danger of being cancelled all together.

I absolutely love Vincent in his role as Goren on Criminal Intent. There`s no way it will be anything like as good without him in it. I`ve seen a few episodes of the new series with Jeff Goldblum and there`s no comparison, he just doesn`t measure up to Vincent. The character of Zach has none of the complexity or charisma of Goren. Bring Goren back please!

I agree with some of the other comments women have made. I find this man to be VERY hot. His character is so knowledgeable and intelligent; yet there is the part of him that deals with the known heredity of schizophrenia (his mom). I didn`t realize the Jeff Goldblum was taking over the part completely. I thought they were just going to alternate. The comment I read in Spanish agrees that LOCI will not be the same without him and hope that the situation will be rectified.

This man is is amazing. Such a great actor, adoring,interesting. creative,you are crazy for letting him leave the show.a man you can`t decribe in words. I hope he gets a great part in some movie , and we see more of this gentle kind man. Sincerely Louise Hess

I love this character Goren. Crimnal Intent won`t be the same without him. Jeff Goldblum will not work out in this role.. Shame on you USA and NBC!!

You know - I was feeling kinda odd when I actually started gettng crush on Vincent. What the heck I though to myself is going on. As you can see, I haven`t had a crush on a celebrity since Davy Jones. Vincent`s character on CI just has me mesmerized. He is so big and cute and those lips - my, my, my! A real man! So few of those now days - sigh. Thank goodness I found this site - I thought I was having a middle age crisis and crush. Too bad it`s only reruns - I think. I am disappointed when the other actors come on instead of him and just turn the channel.

the first time I saw vincent in a movie was in the early 80`s it was the same movie that Denzel Washington started, the one about the train. It was late at night and there was nothing on tv. But I do not see it on the list of the movies that he worked, I do not know if was ever in the theathers, but I founded better on tv. Does someone remember, please let me know the name.

I first noticed Vincent on CI and then my son said I have said he is one of the best actors and he is not noticed enough. Then I started looking for movies. I love him, he is the show C.I. and I wish he would be in all of them. Love him.
