I have wanted to cook since I was little. I have watched Julia Childs as a kid and then I started to watch you. Over the years you have inspired me to chase my dream to become a chef, unfortunatly I can`t go to JWU but I have been enrolled for the past four months at Le Cordon Bleu in Cambridge, Ma. I just want to thank you for your inspirstion and I hope that your influence will lead others to thier dreams.

to emeril my husband is a diebetic and it is really hard to cook food that he really likes to eat, what can you advise to cook that would be easy.
