I love Tia`s acting .What is she doing now?

i loved tia texada as sgt. cruz. she was fantastic therearen`t enough words to describe her performance. she should be in more shows. especiallyas a kick-ass cop. she really fits the role.

Wow..someone mentioned Southland. The Latin actress is good. She made me think of the template of a Latin Female Cop, Tia Texada. I wonder to what she is doing.

Yeah, I wish she was in more movies and TV shows too. It`s too bad she is not in Wells` Southland , I would have loved to see her play the role as an officer again...

Tia Texada is not only a fine actress, she is a fine person. Clearly underutilized, perhaps due to management or a paucity of roles for Latina actresses. Hollywood seems to have myopic views of people of color. She is so much more than the few roles we see her in and I hope that the casting agencies give her and other women of color a deeper look.

I was looking to see what Tia is doing now. She is a fine actress and I still watch her on re-runs of Third Watch. But where is she today?
