Dear Ms. Ralph: I would like to commend you on the many things that you do (have done) so many charities. My passion is for welfare women (working in the field for over 30 yrs.). It has been my desire for the uneducated to receive a GED along with job training. My thesis from grad school has been given to the democratics national committee. I look to hear from someone soon. I am in touch with a state legislature who has sponsored a bill for it, but it has not been passed. My second passion is HIV AIDS, my eldest sister passed away with it in 1997. My youngest sister is now suffering with HIV her husband passed away in 2003 with the virus. I enjoy seeing you fighting for this cause and would like to join you the next time you are in Philadelphia.
