Hurley sausages become bestsellers

 Sausages made from actress-turned-farmer Liz Hurley`s pigs have become bestsellers at her local butcher`s shop.The Hurley Old Spot banger, from her 100-acre Cotswolds farm, are now the most popular brand at Jesse Smith`s in Cirencester. Manager Perry Meredith is mincing hard to keep up with the demand for pigs bred at the 43-year-old former model`s estate in idyllic Ampney Knowle. Liz, who married Arun Nayar at Sudeley Castle in Gloucestershire last year once said: "I`m obsessed with sausages. I`d like to eat them every day." Mr Meredith told the Gloucestershire Echo: "Her pigs are excellent quality." Assistant manager Andy Lambert added: "Old Spots are our best sellers and people recognise the name. They must have heard she`s gone into farming."
