 A male escort who accuses Boy George of false imprisonment asked to be handcuffed during an erotic photo shoot, a court heard. Skip related contentJurors at the trial of the 46-year-old pop star were shown pictures he had taken of semi-naked Audun Carlsen, with chains around his wrists and a choker on his neck. Mr Carlsen said he would never allow himself to be restrained and that he put the chains loosely around him to appear that he was cuffed. He accuses the singer - who is being tried under his real name of George O`Dowd - of chaining him to a bedroom wall and beating him with a metal chain as he tried to flee. At Snaresbrook Crown Court Mr Carlsen was cross-examined by O`Dowd`s defence counsel Adrian Waterman QC. Mr Waterman said that the male escort was willing to be cuffed. He said: "During this photo shoot you yourself took handcuffs and asked to put them on." Mr Carlsen said that was "rubbish" in that he put the chains around his wrists only to look like he was being restrained. He added that he allowed O`Dowd to put chains on him but "not to be tied up, I would never be tied up". The court has heard that O`Dowd became suspicious that Mr Carlsen had taken some photos without permission, and inundated the male escort with emails accusing him of hacking into his computer. O`Dowd denies one charge of false imprisonment.
