 Although Country Music Star, Carrie Underwood, is a good Oklahoma girlat heart, the singer assumed a slightly sexier, urban attitude for her cover shoot with Elle Magazine in New York City. Underwood pulled up to Pier 59 wearing a T-shirt and jeans with her flashy black Gucci Booties. In a matter of minutes, she was converted into a wet-haired goddess inspired by Jennifer Beals in the 1983 hit Flashdance. Although she confessed for ultrafeminine Badgley Mischka gowns for her red-carpet events, she also reveled her love of the 1980`s style. She confessed to wearing Fendi shorts, Michael Kors, and Jimmy Choo. Is that really 1980`s style, Carrie? Carrie Underwood does not seem to be affected by the economy and obviously dresses to impress. Overall, Carrie Underwood is sending a message that money grows on trees for her fans, who buy the cover of the December, 2008 issue of Elle Magazine!
