Johnny Depp`s Girlfriend Vanessa Paradis Returns An Engagement Ring He Bought For Her

Johnny Depp`s long-term partner Vanessa Paradis has returned an engagement ring he bought her. The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star was recently spotted shopping for the band in California, but Vanessa - who he has been with for 10 years - reportedly took it back as she was unhappy with the design.

A source said: "Johnny got Vanessa a drop-dead gorgeous engagement band but she returned it to the jeweler. She wants her ring to be absolutely perfect."

The couple - who have two children, Lily-Rose, nine, and six-year-old Jack, together - are yet to officially announce they are planning to tie the knot, but are rumored to be marrying in April.

The pair are keen to keep the ceremony as intimate as possible, and will only invite 50 of their closest friends and family to the service which will be held in a chapel on the grounds of their $1.25 million French estate.

A source said: "They`re a very private couple. It`s no surprise they`d want to celebrate at their home."

Director Tim Burton is expected to act as best man, while Rolling Stones rocker Keith Richards is also due to attend.

If Johnny has shut this store down to shop and has been there 4 times to pick out a ring, WHATS THE MATTER WITH VANESSA that she can`t accept something that he obviously spent a lot of time and money on. OMG I would be thrilled to get a glance from him and she`s not satisfied??!! That`s beyond words! How inconsiderate. I`m sure it was a beautifully gorgeous gift. Be happy young lady..you`re getting what a million others want... his attention. Brother!
