Asians Want $4 Billion From Miley Cyrus

A Los Angeles woman has filed a class action suit against Miley Cyrus, claiming she mocked Asians in a recent photo by slanting her eyes. Price tag: $4 billion.Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County. Kim claims when Cyrus posed for the photo, she "knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ."

Kim says in the suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation -- $4,000. Add it up -- $4 billion!

Kim says Miley`s "just a kid" defense doesn`t fly. She says it`s like Paris Hilton claiming to be just a kid. Ouch.

Miley`s peeps could not immediately be reached for comment.

I`m not a fan of Miley Cyrus and if it were up to me she`d go broke in her present career but this picture isn`t a publicity photo. It`s not MILEY CYRUS . Besides, isn`t this freedom of speech. Come on, there`re better things to get offended over than a little girl pulling her eyes slanty with her friends in a personal photo.

I think that Kim lady and everyone in on this lawsuit are a bunch of gold diggers. I mean shes just making a silly face. Since when is face making illegal this is the dumbest thing i have ever heard of. They should just leave her alone!

Oh Puleaseeee. seriously, who cares? we`ve had the Richard Gere/Shilpa Shetty issue. now it`s Miley`s turn. I think some people just like being offended by celebrities because there`s a chance they`ll get some money out of it.

I am a big fan of Miley`s, and I`m living in Ireland. Even though I`ve never met her (although in my dreams I have) I know from lots of facts that Miley wouldn`t do such a thing.
