The overnight success of his film “Twilight” catapulted him to worldwide stardom. But Robert Pattinson still can’t seem to score with the ladies.

According to a source, the dreamy Brit was overheard lamenting his bad luck with women while out at a bar recently. He complained, “I can’t get laid [in N.Y.C.]!” His friend replied, “A blind person with a British accent could get tail.”
The two chums enjoyed a hearty laugh at Rob’s expense just before a cute brunette walked over and chatted up the movie star.

As Mr. Pattinson escorted his new female friend out the door he turned and said to his buddy, “I’ll be back,” with a Cheshire grin on his face.
