Just like Madonna and Louis Vuitton, Jennifer Connelly is rumoured to be returning in front of the cameras for Balenciaga.

The actress, who is a good friend of creative director Nicolas Ghesquière, featured in Balenciaga`s Spring `08 campaign.

She was then followed up by Charlotte Gainsbourg, who was the star of the label`s Autumn/Winter 2008-09 ads, and Natalia Vodianova who landed the Spring `09 campaign.

Connelly helped bring the House of Balenciaga to prominence during awards season in 2002 when she won her Oscar. She was the first high profile celebrity devotee to the brand and designer Ghesquiere admitted she serves as a "muse" for him.

Now it looks like she is flying the flag again for Balenciaga Fall `09.
