Lauren Conrad: Spencer Admitted He Spread Sex Tape Rumors

 The sex tape mystery has been solved.At a Hills panel Tuesday in Hollywood, Lauren Conrad revealed that Spencer Pratt finally admitted that he was the one who spread the nasty rumors involving her and ex Jason Wahler. "We actually have it on tape where he takes responsibility and apologizes for it," she said. "Sorry! Spoiler! Hey, four years, I waited for that!" These days, Conrad is on more cordial terms with Pratt and Heidi Montag, whom she stopped speaking to because she felt Montag was an accomplice (Montag has denied spreading the rumors.) "We`re friendly," said Conrad. "We can be in the same room." The two tearfully made amends in a recent Hills episode. "After [the crying episode] she actually called me and we had a long phone call and kind of caught up," Conrad said. "It was awkward because she was like, `Hey, how have the last two-and-a-half years been?` It was really weird because she was my best friend." (She added that a 2008 Rolling Stone shoot "was a big deal" because they agreed to be in the same room. But "we had dividers between us in hair and makeup. We never once made eye contact.") Will Conrad be at Montag`s weekend wedding? "I think it was very nice of her to invite me, but I don`t think she expected me to come," she said.
