Queen Elizabeth To Open A Bar At Balmoral Castle

 Britain`s Queen Elizabeth is to open a bar at Balmoral Castle. The 83-year-old royal reportedly believes building a drinking establishment at Piper`s Hall, which is just 50 yards from her Scottish residence, will be a good way to help her staff relax when they have finished work.A source told Britain`s News of the World: "Piper`s Hall is a great setting, right next to the river. I guess you could say it`ll be one of the most exclusive bars in Britain." "The queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will visit the new bar without a doubt. The staff fancy dress party has been held in the Piper`s Hall and she always popped in to pick the winner." "She`s partial to a gin and Dubonnet while the Duke likes a single malt." A planning permission application and paperwork asking for an alcohol license have already been handed in to the relevant authorities. The new bar will be open for business every night of the week between August and March, but when the residence is open to the public during the rest of the year it will be altered into a cafe and shop.
