 Leighton Meester and her boyfriend, Gossip Girl costar Sebastian Stan, hit up the Katy Perry at NYC’s Hammerstein Ballroom on Tuesday night (July 28). Sexy sheer jumpsuit! The 23-year-old actress, who was accompanied by younger brother Lex, arrived late to the concert because she had to work (she arrived just in time for the last three songs). Cobra Starship opened up for Katy and Leighton wanted to perform with them during “Good Girls Gone Bad” but work got in the way.
