Lawyer: Katherine Jackson Very Pleased With Outcome in Court

 Katherine Jackson's attorney, Londell McMillan, is telling "The Insider" what the mother of the late pop icon thinks of Monday's court proceedings. "Mrs. Jackson and family are very pleased with the outcome in court today," McMillan tells "The Insider." Katherine Jackson on Monday was granted permanent guardianship of her son Michael Jackson's three children. As for the judge deciding that music executive John McClain and attorney John Branca, the two men named as co-executors in Jackson's 2002 will, will administer Jackson's estate until early October, McMillan says: "We're anxious to put this matter behind us. The law allows Mrs. Jackson the right to assert her claims to protect her son's estate and legacy. We shall pursue such rights by all appropriate means."[Read full story on The Insider]
