The stars of 'Bright Star' walked the red carpet at the New York premiere of the film. Abbie Cornish told 'The Insider," "For all of us, there's a lot of love and a lot of passion injected in every scene." 'Bright Star' is set in the 19th century and focuses on a love story between John Keats, a romantic poet, and Fanny Brawne, his 18-year-old next door neighbor. The title of the film, 'Bright Star,' is drawn from a poem Keats wrote for Brawne. Regarding getting into character for this period piece, Cornish told "The Insider," "It's all part of the character, the dialect, the clothes, the hair, even the sets…It helps put all the pieces of the puzzle together and it helps you to feel like that character." Paul Schneider told "The Insider," "After a while it kind of falls away and you get sucked into this love story about these two kids and it…becomes modern in the sense that the movie doesn't keep pushing you away, letting you know that it's a time not of our own." "Bright Star" also stars Ben Whishaw and was directed by Jane Campion. The movie hits theaters September 18th.[Read full story on The Insider]
