 Jessica Stroup shows off her gorgeous gams in a Chloe dress at the 2009 Voice Awards at Paramount Studios on Wednesday in Los Angeles.The Voice Awars recognizes writer and producers who have given a voice to people with mental health problems by incorporating dignified,respectful and accurate portrayals of these individuals into television and film productions. The 22-year-old actress, who sparkled in House of Lavande jewels, accepted on award on behalf of CW`s 90210 for the episode `Off The Rails` and `Okaeri Donna`(they addressed bipolar disorder).
