Hunter Tylo Files New Lawsuit Over Son`s Death

 Actress Hunter Tylo has filed a lawsuit against a social worker she blames for her son`s death in 2007. The Bold and the Beautiful star claims Shanna Downing, of the Horizon Family Therapy & Wellness center in Nevada, advised her son, Michael, 19, to stop taking his seizure medication. The teenager subsequently suffered a fit and drowned in a family pool in October, 2007. Tylo alleges Downing told her Michael`s seizures were "due to the stress he was experiencing due to his parents break-up," and "once the stress was eliminated... his seizures would disappear," according to the wrongful death lawsuit filed in a Las Vegas court on Friday. The documents also state "the care, advice and treatment rendered... caused (Michael`s) seizures to continue and lead to his untimely death." The legal action is Tylo`s second lawsuit against Downing and Horizon Family Therapy & Wellness - in 2008, she tried unsuccessfully to amend a previous lawsuit to include a wrongful death claim.
