Maria Shriver Parks Illegally, Breaks the Law Again

 It`s starting to seem like the First Lady of California is abusing her position of power. Earlier this month Maria Shriver was busted for talking on her cell phone while driving -- and thus violating a law signed by her husband Arnold Scharzenegger -- and now she`s breaking road rules once again. TMZ posted a video posted online today showing Shriver`s Cadillac Escalade parked in a red zone, and the site claims it stayed there for an hour while Shriver went to a doctor`s office in Santa Monica. She apologized this afternoon for the mistake, just as she had apologized for the first one. According to the Huffington Post, she said in a statement, "I regret that I made a mistake.
