Jesse James: Don`t Drag Sandra Bullock Into Custody Fight

 Jesse James has a message for his ex: Leave my wife Sandra Bullock out of the custody dispute. The Monster Garage star`s former wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder, suggested on Good Morning America this week that Bullock was trying to "take away my daughter" and called on the superstar actress to talk with her directly. James`s attorney Marilyn Slifman calls Lindemulder`s remarks "inaccurate and unfortunate." "Sandra Bullock is not a party to this litigation," Slifman says in a statement to PEOPLE. "Mr. James`s sole concern is for the safety, welfare and best interests of his daughter. The proper forum to resolve this case is in the courtroom." Bullock has been helping James raise 5-year-old Sunny since January, when Lindemulder, who has appeared in more than 100 adult movies, was imprisoned for tax evasion. Bullock and James wrote letters to the court questioning her fitness as a parent and raising concerns about the safety of Sunny because of Lindemulder`s alleged drug problem. Lindemulder has since been released from prison and is tangling with James over visitation.
