Cardinal Andrea della Valle (29 November 1463, Rome – 3 August 1534) was an Italian clergyman and art collector.
François Vallé (1716–1783) was a French Canadian who immigrated to Upper Louisiana of New France sometime in the early 1740s. Beginning as a laborer of no means, he engaged in agriculture, lead mining, and trade with Indians and became the richest man in Upper Louisiana.

Ygnacio Ramón de Jesus del Valle (July 1, 1808 – 1880) was a rancher and landowner in the eastern Santa Clara River Valley, California, United States, as well as an alcalde of Los Angeles. His estate, Rancho Camulos, is registered as a National Historic Landmark.
