Spader is 50 what? Leslie is ten years younger- I know, it is non of my business but why is this always the hollywood "MATH"? Miss Stephenson is successful on her own, is capable of ANYTHING on her own, so why the hollywood marriage? If she loves him, all the best to them but check out some people your age and from round home. Just a thought.

Spader seems to always be after women far younger than him, why can he not seem to keep a relationship together? As someone who cares what happens to actress Leslie Stephenson, WHATS UP WITH THIS RELATIONSHIP? I can see Spaders attraction to Leslie but what's so great about him? Maybe some people should try dating people from their hometowns- just a thought. I wonder what would happen if Miss Stephenson dated a guy she went to High School with? Sure- someone like me. why not? No, I am not famous, I am not rich, I wish I had more to offer a women about to get married but life has been difficult and I am still trying to hang in there. Miss Stephenson is a extremely beautiful woman, she has some of the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen. I did not know her in High School but I wish I would have. James Spader has EVERYTHING so I guess he just has to have EVERYTHING plus more-Miss Stephenson, I guess I was just wondering why the average man never fits in the Hollywood equation, EVER?

James, you are brillant in David Mamet`s newest play RACE . I could not believe it when I heard you were going to star in a Broadway show, but here you are in NYC and doing an amazing job on stage. You were marvelous in movies, terrific on television, and stupendous on stage...what a trifecta!!! I am so glad I had the privilege of seeing you work your magic in RACE .

Boston Legal became an obsession for my husband and I and we were really sorry that it ended. The cast was so real and so very fun. Mr. Spade and Mr. Shatner were the highlight of the show. Thank you for sharing your talent! We enjoyed it for years! Thank God for re-runs!

A man of talent and charm. You hit the spot in all womens hearts, especially mine. Have been very intersted in your movies and have just about seen them all...........mmmmmmmmmmm you in boston legal? James Spader`s Alan Shore is the best character on TV. His friendship with Shatner`s Denny Crane is also the best friendship on any TV show; past or present. In our house we sit around and watch Boston Legal and are in awe of the amount of script that Spader has almost every week. There`s never a weak performance, never does he fail to suck the viewer into his "vortex" so to speak. That is the reason he has been awarded the Emmy as many times for the part as he had. There is no doubt the man is a wonder and when Boston Legal has it`s last season we will miss Alan and Denny`s nightly visit on the balcony, and miss the wonder that is James Spader.

Last night,Apr 15,2008, I watched James Spader do a terrific job of acting. The story was about Alzheimers and the effect on family and people. Mr. Spader`s performance in the trial scene brought tears to my eyes. The topic, as all topics in your series, are always brilliant and up-to-date. Whatever Mr. Spader is getting paid, he should get a raise. Thank you.

Just watched Boston Legal Series 2 and 3 and have become an immediate fan of James Spader.Boston Legal is fairly new to us in the UK, what a superb programme. What a team James and William Shatner make, perfect pairing.

James Todd Spader (born February 7, 1960) is an American actor best known for his eccentric roles in films such as Pretty in Pink, Less Than Zero, Sex, Lies, and Videotape, Crash, Stargate, Secretary, and Lincoln. His most famous television roles are those of the colorful attorney Alan Shore in The Practice and its spin-off Boston Legal, for which he won three Emmy Awards, and Robert California in The Office.
