Carlos Palomino (born August 10, 1949 in San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico) is a Mexican former boxer who was a world champion. Palomino is also an actor who has been featured in several television shows and films. He achieved a considerable amount of fame during the 1970s, especially among Mexican and Southern California fans. He moved to Los Angeles from his native Mexico when he was eight years old, and as a result, many fans actually considered him to be from California, despite the fact that he had been born in Mexico.
