I, definitely, think Johnny still loves Winona. He was engaged to her, but they had to break up. And, now, he's with this Vanessa chick. He's been with her for, what? 14 years? And he's not even engaged to her. Something tells me he's waiting for Winona to come back. Same goes for her. She went on a downward spiral after they broke up. And, she's not married either. They're waiting.

They still love each other. True love never dies. As said that Winona's father not allowed her to marry young. She just 17 at that time. I think this is the reason why Johnny never marry Vanessa. They only live together. And the changing of Winona Forever Tatoo became Wino Forever just to hide his true feelings. He still love her. If not he can just delete all words. I adore true love, so I hope they can be together again...

For me, untill now they still love eachother,no matter if he says that hes happy with vanessa and stuff and dont believe him,the eyes never lies to us,his eyes doesnt shine looking at vanessa,but shined shined shined looking at winona,they until nowadays 02/19/2010,in my opinion share something hide,and still love eachother,but this love its totaly asleep.
