Joe and Brenda rumors started in April of 2008, when the DC Games were going on and Joe was spotted hanging out with Brenda all over Disney World (there's a video of them holding hands on a ride) but it died down once they left Florida and Joe met Taylor Swift, whom he started dating quickly after.
Once Camilla Belle broke up with Joe, he was spotted out on a few dates with Brenda again, like when they went out for sushi together on August 2nd 2009.
