But fast forward one month - and take the sun, sand and sea out of the equation - and the 29-year-old beauty has finally found some loving.

And in a bizarre twist of fate, Simon used to go out with Sarah Bosnich, the ex-wife of Sophie`s former flame Mark.
Simon became smitten with Sophie after seeing her on the TV flop and begged a mutual friend to set them up on a date when she got back to Blighty.
My spy tells me: "Simon says it was love at first sight for him and that was before they even met. They`ve been out on a few dates and get on like a house on fire. He`s feeling on top of the world and it`s mutual. They just can`t get enough of each other and although it`s early days, things look promising."
Sophie and Simon have been inseparable in recent weeks and let`s just say there`s a lorra, lorra love going around...
