Who can forget,Ghost,Danceing,Roadhouse,City of Joy,Point Break! I remember when he had to ditch his plane in Prescott,AZ and also when his Dad crashed near the mountains in AZ. His Mum a great dancer taught him well! YOU ARE MISSED!

I am very upset with the death of Mr. Patrick. I remember once i thought to learn salsa watching the historic Movie Dirty Dancing. He was a wonderful actor and a wonderful dancer. May his soul rest in peace...

I read in a magaz P Swyz had passed of cancer. It looked to be a recovering period which has ended suddenly. I thought in `Point Break` there was never a more perfect person to portray the part that he did.

All I could say when I heard the news was OH No Not Patrick! he was a very good actor a terrific dancer and a woderful man, he was the ultimate triple threat, I loved every movie he played in no matter how big or small, he had it all. RIP Patrick I wish I could have meet you, I think you were wonderful and you will truly be missed for many many many years to come.

I also was diagonised with pancreatic cancer in January, 09 stage 4. I have been doing Ok and have not felt bad. I am on my 15th treatment of Gemza and Traceva. I was just curious of what you are taking and how you are feeling.

Patrick Wayne Swayze (August 18, 1952 – September 14, 2009) was an American actor, dancer and singer-songwriter. He was best known for his tough-guy roles, as romantic leading men in the hit films Dirty Dancing and Ghost, and as Orry Main in the North and South television miniseries. He was named by People magazine as its "Sexiest Man Alive" in 1991. His film and TV career spanned 30 years.
