Regina Blois Duarte (born February 5, 1947 in Franca, São Paulo) is a Brazilian film, television and stage actress. Her efforts against the current Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (of the Workers' Party) in the 2002 elections caused considerable controversy. In what was considered a low blow of the José Serra campaign, Regina appeared in a TV advertisement saying that she was afraid of what could happen to Brazil if Lula won. She was also involved in the short-lived polemic organization Cansei.
