Biography

James "Jim" Jinkins (born August 8, 1953) is an American animator and creator of the animated Doug television series which was later the basis for a feature film. Jinkins also created PB&J Otter. He is a 1975 graduate of Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee.
