I find Scott to be quite unique and ever changing. I love his voice and his lyrics are very provocative. He is our generation`s David Bowie. Scott is quite a prolific artist and I wish him continued success in his endeavors. I have admired and identified with Stone Temple Pilots music and it has gotten me thru some very dark days. music makes your morning mood Rush/The Spirit of Radio/ Laura aka Sour Girl, Cleveland, Ohio USA

I was very excited to hear Scott was back where he belongs- with STP. Will be seeing them 10/09/09 in Va. Can not wait!! Saw him last w/ VR. Was GREAT to see Scott,but will be even better with the guys ! It`s also time for a new STP dvd,my old one is almost worn out!Scott is the most talented,deep,origanal frontman a band could want! I also have one more thing to add- Dean Deleo is one of the most over looked, under rated guitarist today !! Dean- you kick ass !

I`ve been rockin` STP since I was 13 and heard Plush for the first time. Caught them in Tulsa on 10/26/08, best concert ever! We got to sing Happy Birthday to Scott - I couldn`t have asked for a better night. STP is one of the most defining bands of my genre.

Scott is one of the very few talented frontman/singer of this era. I`m thankful that we didn`t lose him in his darkest hours and i really hope he will "fix" today`s piece of crap music today. He`d moved on from velvet revolver to my horror but i`m also looking forward to stp tour this summer.

Scott Weiland (born Scott Richard Kline on October 27, 1967) is an American musician, lyricist and vocalist. During a career spanning three decades, Weiland is best known as the frontman for the successful rock band Stone Temple Pilots, as well as the supergroup Velvet Revolver from 2003 to 2008. He has also established himself as a solo artist, releasing three studio albums, a cover album, and collaborations with several other musicians since 1998.
