First, I have to say I love CK’s music and acting work but I do not understand what a 37 yr man and a 22 yr old girl have in common...besides the obvious. Her actions on Twitter remind me of the 20-24yr old girls I am in contact with daily. These girls do not know who they are yet as women and they have a need to tell everyone who their boyfriend is as if these men are an extension of themselves. I do wish them both happiness but question CK’s choice.

Not only has Sofia mentioned herself that she wasn't going to CON-1 but I spoke to the "dancing girl" in question and she is a very sweet turkish girl who is still overjoyed.

Sofia was at Con-1, and danced by the side of the stage while they played the gig, and Christian mouthed "love you" to her a couple of times. Considering how unhappy he seemed from his twitter posts around the time of Jensen's wedding, I'm glad he seems so happy and contented now. She seems to care for him too, and I wish them both a happy future together.

No, Sofia was not at the Con1 & even if she had been - so what?? Let them be happy, without giving them a bunch of scrutiny! I personally am thrilled to see the happiness on his face when he talks about her :) I wish them many happy times ahead...If you cannot find it in your heart to feel that way too, I have to wonder about your own intentions....

Geez - Leave him alone. He's talented and a NICE guy who deserves to be happy. Sofia is such a sweetheart so if she makes him happy, I'm thrilled for both of them. Let Me Go is a STUNNING video - how can you say you can't watch it because of her age or because he made out with his RL girlfriend? What does that matter? lol It has NOTHING to do with her age, his age, or this ALLEGED daughter.

What is wrong with you people? He's 'sick' because he's dating a beautiful, sweet, ADULT female who happens to be younger than him. She's NOT a child - she's 22. Granted she's younger but no one cares if Tom Cruise marries girls half his age. And all this crap about him & Whitney - no one knows the truth but the two of them.

Rebecca from what I can gather most everyone is like me. We are not jealous nor bitter. We are heartbroken and disappointed. We just put him on to high a pedestal and did not want to see anything this bad from or in him. And Taylor the more I hear like that the more I lose faith in not just his video decision but him altogether. :(

Whitney Duncan was closer to Christian Kane's age 10 years difference but on getting curious and looking that up I realize she was Sofia Pernas age when they got together. Figuring that out is almost sickening and I finally see where everyone is coming from...It's like he's got a fetish with girls that age. What happens to Sofia when she grows older by about 5-6 years? And yes I do have a problem watching the video as I don't agree with someone being with someone NEARLY young enough to be their daughter when the woman is as young as she is and find myself sad to question who this man I admired so really is but would not even know if it wasn't for this video and choices HE made. TRUST ME, I don't WANT to feel like that but am only talking about how I feel. I can't lie and say it hasn't changed the way I look at him :( I really wish it hadn't.

Rebecca only way we'd say that is if you made a video of you 2 making out and uploaded it for us to view. It's the principal behind his "midlife crisis" (as an earlier fan called it) that is the problem. And whether everyone wants to admit it or not HE IS LOSING fans over this behavior. Or like me...I will always be a fan but can't support this video. He should have used a better cast is all and left is private life private....HE is the one that opened that door...not the fans.

He is only 37 and not 39....LOL BUT I have been watching the video on cmt constantly till I just found this thread. I too agree if he wanted us to stay out of his personal life, he should have kept it personal. Watching a man of that age make out FOR REAL with his real life child girlfriend is to sick for even my taste. I still love him and hope he's happy but that is just to much for me to watch and know what I'm watching! Fellow Kaniacs that CAN handle it please help keep him up.

And for those wondering till this video I was proud that my wife considers us Kaniacs. And have attended every concert within a 200 mile radius. Not someone as the one refers to as a lousy fan.
