I was so consume in depression when i met ``yesterday i cried`` and my God, i could not stop reading, everywhere i go i had with me Iyanla has helped me change my life to better even great! ever since then i have not looked back, the book allowed me to cry and boy did i! thank you Iyanla for being such an inspiration and thank you to Rhonda too had she not existed we would not have known an incredible woman (Iyanla vanzant)

Every time I read Yesterday I cried i cry too. It`s amazing that a person who traveled such a difficult journey in life turned out to be a phenominal woman! I was blessed to listen to you speak when you came in South Africa in 2002. It was such an hounour!

I have never seen or heard of any one like you. I read your books over and over again. Yesterday I cried is my favourite. I am a South African Single monther of 4 kids, 3 girls and 1 son. Its hard, but through your books and the Bible, your coaching, your experiences. You give me hope. I am so addictated to you, and I cried when I found out about Gemina, Curtis`s child. My dream, is to meet you oneday. I am saving money and I know oneday, I will be able to fly to wherever you are in the world to listen to one of your talk shows. Iyanla Vanzant (born September 13, 1953) is an American inspirational speaker, New Thought spiritual teacher, author, and television personality. She is known primarily for her books, for her eponymous talk show, and for her frequent appearances on The Oprah Winfrey Show. She can currently be seen on television as the host of Iyanla, Fix My Life and as a frequently featured guest teacher of Oprah's Lifeclass on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network. She attended Medgar Evers College and Virginia Union University.
