cnn, what has happened to you? getting rid of heidi collins has been a major mistake and loss to the former quality of your newscasting. ali is very bright but is better suited where he came from...business news. tony harris is an idiot and hard listening to; he would be better suited at weekly reader. get heidi back and you get me back! you might even consider her for american morning. it could use some polish too! thank you, larry

Dear Heidi, I miss your intelligence and delivery of the CNN News. I only watch one hour a day since you`ve been gone. Karya Phillips can`t even read the news prompter correctly. She puts emphasis in the wrong place and blunders daily. I have given up watching. God bless you Heidi. You are one of the best!

You made a big mistake getting rid of heidi collins her replacement was not a good move I and a lot of my friends don`t watch the lineup cnn has now who wonts to watch a lot of boring men all day get rid of some of them and maybe people will stop watching fox and other stations more please stop making mistakes on who you keep or let go

you let Heidi Collins get away, your anchors from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. now relate more to the View than networ news all they is smile, laugh, and make seem that everything`s funny, give me a break I now watch Fox rather CNN.

really miss heidi collins, have followed her since she was in colorado springs, denver and cnn. will be happy to see her at ABC, my station. Only other good one left is anderson cooper, see when you get rid of him too.

I still can`t believe they let Heidi go. I even WROTE to CNN telling them what a big mistake they made. First Bill Hemmer, then Paula Zahn...now Heidi. I also see they lost Betty N. to another station now in the morning. Thank God she left before they let her go too. The only decent removals have been The O`Brien`s in the morning...other than that...they need to do a recheck of what they are doing at CNN. Sometimes I can`t tell if I`m on CNN or FOX now.

CNN, Surely you have noticed a drop in your ratings. Hiedi Collins was my cup of coffee in the morning. Thats were I got the news from a professional. Now I get it from Morning Joe and I am not happy about that. Bring her back!!! I have had enough of Joe

I agree with most of the comments listed above. I usually watch Fox but made an exception and tuned in to CNN to, at least, just look a Heidi. Jeez, even my girlfriend was crazy about her. What now? Do we really have to look at Blitzer?

I LOVE HEIDI C.I USED TO WATCH CNN EVERY MORNING BEFORE MY FAMILY WOKE UP, SINCE SHE LEFT I WATCH A LOCAL CHANNEL, IT IS NOT THE SAME , WHY DIDN`T SHE GET HER CONTRACT RENEWED. WHAT A SHAME AND SHAME ON CNN.

For the past 2 years I`ve started nearly every weekday morning with CNN, your high standard of professionalism and ability to connect was infectious, and it turns out, irreplaceable....I`ve moved on as a viewer; what were `they` thinking? Since CNN was stupid enough to not renew Heidi`s contract, I refuse to watch her time slot and now watch Fox Friends. Heidi was a breath of fresh air and I looked forward to watching her every morning. She will be missed! What a loser you put in her place. SHAME ON YOU CNN.

Miss you Heidi! CNN has made many mistakes and you are one of them! Hope your future is full of positive. As for Cnn I used to be a committed viewer, no more. PBS, Fox, NBC, even Link TV, I watch now so I can be more informed, national as well as world news. I`m tired of reruns all day long! Boring!!!!

My husband and I were profoundly disappointed to learn that Heidi wasn`t just taking a leave of absence but that CNN did not renew her contract. That just doesn`t make sense - we so enjoyed watching her. The replacement just does not measure up. I have been complaining to my husband that CNN is getting more and more dull - we will have to watch another network now in the early mornings.

Management at CNN continues to make mistakes... Heidi for one, and then Tony Harris on at 11 drives me nuts! Anderson Cooper, forget it... You guys are a depressing show. Always talking about money and people strugglng and trying to find bad things to talk about. Like many others, you are off my list with this latest move!!

ms collins, i only recently found your program and began watching. will miss your simple genuine sincerety in your reporting. i think management is missing the point and doesn`t get it. they`re looking for something flashy/catchy. your simplisity (i don`t mean to call you simple) and sincerety are basic decent virtues that we all need to get back to. best of luck !!!
