He's dating some little chica named Deb. He brought her to the Imagen Awards a mere weeks after announcing his intent to divorce, so technically, he was still married at the time. They were spotted recently at Venice Beach with his son, Calvin. Funny, you don't see his older boy, Andre, in any pics with him since the split--disgusted, no doubt, by the fact that Cesar was cheating on his mom with a girl young enough to be his daughter, yuck. I'm no longer a fan.

Cesar Millan, (born César Millán Favela; August 27, 1969) is a Mexican-born American dog trainer. A self-taught expert, he is widely known for his television series Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan, now in its ninth season and broadcast in more than eighty countries worldwide. Prior to The Dog Whisperer series, Millan focused on rehabilitating especially aggressive dogs and founded the Dog Psychology Center in South Los Angeles (2002–2008) — under construction in a new Los Angeles location as of late 2009.
