Uhm, I`m 12 years old and don`t know too much about Jeff, but I just listened to Hallelujah and cried...and cried and cried and cried for literally about an hour. I googled him and even went on imdb and found he died. Jeff, I don`t know too many songs by you but wherever you are, may you sing your song to the angels and to God.

Jeff Buckley did NOT have an relationship or any type of encounter w/ Courtney Love. After Kurt Cobain died she attached herself to many young up and coming male rockstars and Jeff wa sone of them. She had invited him to see Hamlet and he said yes (he was ahuge fan of Nirvana and he didn`t want do disappoint Courtney). After they exited the play paprazzi was everywhere and it was a feeding frenzy! The next day Jeff abd Courtney`s budding new romance as the media deemed it was allover newspapers and magazines. He was horribly embarassed and has been quoted as saying I was so mortified when I saw the headline! I wanted to burn all the papers. After that he never spoke to Courtney again. After he dated Rebecca Moore and Before he was w/ Joan Wasser he had a brief relationship w/ Elizabeth Frasier of the Cocteau Twins.Please check your facts before you post information about people`s personal lives!

Jeffrey Scott "Jeff" Buckley (November 17, 1966 May 29, 1997), raised as Scotty Moorhead, was an American singer-songwriter and guitarist. He was the son of Tim Buckley, also a musician. After a decade as a guitarist-for-hire in Los Angeles, Buckley amassed a following in the early 1990s by playing cover songs at venues in Manhattan's East Village, such as Sin-้, gradually focusing more on his own material. After rebuffing much interest from record labels and his father's manager Herb Cohen, he signed with Columbia, recruited a band, and recorded what would be his only studio album, Grace.
