My mother was on his show and her drama was not fake. Alot of the shows are fake, but not ALL

Memo to Joyce below: Only the people who appear on his shows are 100 percent fake. Jerry and his security staff are all natural. No dyes and preservatives are ever used.

Gerald Norman "Jerry" Springer (born February 13, 1944), is a British-born American television presenter, best known as host of the tabloid talk show The Jerry Springer Show since its debut in 1991. He is a former Democratic mayor of Cincinnati, Ohio, news anchor, actor and musician.
