Anne Francis co-starred in the 1956 futuristic film, `Forbidden Planet.` She was wearing a skirt that was 2 inches above her knees. Very daring at that time. I wonder if that had any effect on Jackie Kennedy wearing her dresses and skirts 2 inches above her knees. Ann had great gams. When I spoke with her on a natonal radio talk show in 1993, I told her she should have worn a skirt on her high-kicking TV show `Honey West.` She laughed and said that wouldn`t have looked very lady like. So she wore tight spandex slacks. She deprived us guys a vieww of those gorgeous gams. Oh well.

i saw a documentary type spot on groucho marx and i think anne francis was in those clips and had things to add to groucho`s story, is that right??? was she on that clip of groucho??

Biography
Anne Lloyd Francis (September 16, 1930 – January 2, 2011) was an American actress. Francis was best known for her role in the science fiction film classic Forbidden Planet (1956) and for having starred in the television series Honey West (1965–1966) which was the first TV series with a female detective character's name in the title. She won a Golden Globe Award and was nominated for an Emmy Award for her role in the series.
