Biography
Forrest Griffin (born July 1, 1979) is an American mixed martial artist and a two time New York Times bestselling author. He is a former Ultimate Fighting Championship Light Heavyweight Champion and a current competitor. He had a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Cameron Diffley, which was upgraded to a black belt in 2010 by Robert Drysdale. He currently trains and fights out of Throwdown Training Center in Las Vegas.
