Ms.Maddow....I am a white-anglo saxon episcopalian republican.I doubt if our views are similar,however,I have started watching your show I just wanted you to know that I really enjoy it and look forward to it every night.The work you are doing in La.is outstanding.Your humor makes me laugh out loud.What we do have in common is that WE BOTH LOVE THIS COUNTRY AND WE CARE.Well done Ms.Maddow.....ps-this is my first fan letter I have written in my 62 years

I watch to get some balance from watching O`Rielly. I find both Rachel and him to use self serving examples of the other side, so you must think through it for yourself. Only half truths and entertainment, exercise your mind and think through it.

I am addicted to The Rachel Maddow Show. I was so upset and embarrased by the people showing up at the town hall meetings. Between the astro-turfers, birthers, deathers and gun-toting loonies I thought I landed a part in the Twilight Zone movie where everyone has a piggie nose but me. Jeez. Thanks for cutting to the chase and even laughing at some of this health care reform activity. Egads, what`s next???

Just discovered Rachel on Bill Mahr`s show and find her so refreshing, natural and honest that I have to get MSNBC so I can have the benefit of her reporting. Lot`s of charisma!

I occasionally watched Rachel and found I was drawn to her TV show. I told my husband who also became a fan. What really got us more involved was her reference recently to Newfoundland. We live in NH and Maine and go to Canada often, our favorite place to visit is NFLD. We just had to find out why Rachel mentioned NFLD which we did when we read her biography. She is one great TV personality who has us for fans forever!

Rachel Anne Maddow (pronounced born April 1, 1973) is an American television host and political commentator. Her syndicated talk radio program, The Rachel Maddow Show, aired on Air America Radio. Maddow hosts a nightly television show, The Rachel Maddow Show, on MSNBC. She was a guest host of Countdown with Keith Olbermann and Race for the White House. Maddow is the first openly gay anchor to be hired to host a prime-time news program in the United States.
