Jeannie's nationality is given as "British" - she is not there is no such nation as Britain. Jeannie's nationality is English. Britain is a union of nations therefore an artificial construct and not a nation.

I listened to her singing in Finnian's Rainbow from 1960. What a fabulous voice! I have over 6000 songs to compare her with. I wish her the best.
