Susan Jaffe (born 1962) is an American former ballerina and is a ballet mistress at American Ballet Theatre. Beginning August 15, 2012, she became the Dean of the School of Dance at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, NC. Effective July 1, 2020, she will be the Artistic Director of Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre.
