Hi Lamont...I mean Demond, I can honestly say that I loved watching you and Fred on Sanford and Son. It is truly a blessing how wonderful you have prospered in life. I was just sitting watching the show because it still comes on TV Land and I was wondering how you look now adays. I could not find any current pictures of you. I am from Ellenton Ga.In reading your biography I was surprised to read you were born in Valdosta Ga.My son is going to VSU and will graduate soon.Praise God!I want to say I have watched Sanford and Son when I was a small child and have laughed till I cried.It was a family TV show like the Waltons to all sit down and laugh and enjoy together.I was so glad to read as well that you have made a minister!Praise God with him all things are possible!It was so good to be able to leave this comment.I will lift up you and your family in prayer,and please do mine the same.After all that is the only way we are going to make it in this old world is to lift each other up to get through until the good Lord comes back to take us home!Take care and God bless.

Dear Mr. Wilson, Iam an African immigrantf here in the US seeking sanctuary. I am happy eo write on this page and hope you`ll read it at your perusal.I have been watching Sanford and Son since the earliest 80`s and you are my favorite character on that show. Dear Demond, Thank God for O`Reilly or I would not have known about your up coming book.You need to advertise some more, at least with your website. I always thought you were an alright guy when I heard you were a Vietnam Vet. like myself that reinforced my gut feeling about you. As for the show my wife could never understand Lamont`s character. I tryed to explain to her Lamont being the straight man had to demonstrate some kind of additude. That`s it bro. I`m glad life has been good to you you deserve it, JoJo.

Grady Demond Wilson (born October 13, 1946) is an American actor, author and pastor. He is best known for his role opposite Redd Foxx as Fred Sanford's long-suffering son, Lamont Sanford, in the 1970s NBC-TV sitcom Sanford and Son.
