To set the record straight no she is not related to oscar no Daisy is not her real name She used to be a Dancer at a place called shotgun willies in Denver Colorado where she worked for several years and then moved to La only after being picked for Vh1s rock of love.. She can be a sweet girl She has changed alot... Wish her the best of luck and hope she gets her a list fame that she wants instead of being a D list celeb.

o.k. Just to clear up a few things... Vanessa is related to Oscar. He is her uncle. Her father is Joe Dela Hoya. She is Spanish, White And mexican. She has had plastic surgery...duh. She is sooo smart and funny. She had and apparentyly is still having a rough life. She deserves the world!

Daisy is NOT related to Oscar De La Hoya. She just coincidentally has the same last name(or she has fabricated her last name). Oscar himself has previously stated that he has NEVER even heard of her. Apparently Daisy is trying to get anyone and everyone to believe she`s related to Oscar. Be no different if you or I had the last name of `Presley` and bragged to all the world that Elvis was our Uncle or some distant relative. In other words, Dumb Daisy is extremely full of sh--. And besides, Oscar`s only brother is onyl 37 yrs old, which means he would have had to be 12 when Daisy was born; also Oscar`s sister is only 25 - same age as Dumb Daisy. No way she could be her mother.

She is not related to Oscar. Just because they have the same last name doesnt mean they are related, besides Oscar is Mexican, this girl claims to be Puerto Rican. If she was the daughter of one of Oscars brothers or sisters Daisy would say she is HALF puerto Rican and HALF Mexican. Oscar has already denied any relation to this girl. No she`s not at all related to Oscar de La Hoya. Oscar himself has said he`s NEVER even heard of her. I think she just happened to either have or chosen such a last name for herself, and then it`s easy to claim to be related to a sports celebrity like Oscar. No different if one of us happened to have the last name of Trump and then tell everybody that we`re the neice and/or nephew of Donald Trump. Daisy is a hot chick no doubt, but quite exaggerative.
