Paulo was born in Columbia, South America on August 3rd, 1975, and moved to the United States with his family when he was 6 or 7 years old. His family settled in the Fort Lauderdale area of southeast Florida. His proud parents are Clara and Carlos and he has one older sister, Giovanna, and an older brother, Juan Carlos.
